Please be aware that tenancy applications must include your photo ID, proof of address and proof of income and usually take 2 working days to process (e.g. references, vetting and credit checks). If you are not a UK citizen, you must provide a "share code" to confirm your right-to-rent status. Details on how to obtain a share code will be provided if you decide to apply for the room.

Short term bookings (1 month minimum) are available for most rooms advertised, but are charged at higher rates than 6-month tenancies.  Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
